A look back into one of my favorite magazines, Sweet Paul. How could I forget about these chocolate desserts from last Fall’s issue? I’m eyeing the chocolate & pecan tart for Thursday. To the kitchen (and store) I must go.
Let the prepping/holiday madness begin!

It’s hard to believe that the holidays are just around the corner (in 2 months?!). Thanks to this realization, I’m now more motivated to gather crafty ideas.
LOVING these coasters, by Darkroom and Dearly. Check out the step by step instructions here.

Now that’s an office!
Landscape designer, Diana Balmori, has a knack for integrating greenery in urban settings such as this climbing garden above in Bilbao, Spain. Great read on her work here, including creating innovative urban gardens (i.e. a submersible garden in Memphis, TN, that can withstand flooding).

Pick Me Ups
TGIF! I had one of those weeks and funny how the little things could brighten up a day. Cliche, I know:) I’ve mentioned before that I’m a sucker for lovely brand packaging especially when they come in the form of snail mail.
This was my first Topshop purchase, prompted by a free US shipping code and those crazy summer sales (ugh, hard to hold back…they’re too good). They finally opened a store in LA, but the free ship beats sitting through traffic just for a pair of shorts lol Thank you Topshop for helping me save gas and my sanity.
I’m a first timer here, but how adorable is their polka dot packaging?? Even the invoice came in a coordinating envelope! Gotta love the details. I’m looking forward to diving into the free magazine, as well. I spy a few lovely editorials.
Have a good weekend, everyone!
Back Story: Vera Wang Spring 2014
Fashion Week is in full swing and there are lots of beautiful inspiration from runway sets to the main attraction. In true Vera Wang form, floaty pieces ruled the catwalk, but it’s all about the back for me! The delicate floral pieces and and cage-like racer back designs are fueling ideas for future projects. Straight to my inspiration board this goes!
P.S. I created a “Fashion Week” board on Pinterest here. Check it out for updates from New York to Paris.
